Payments, copays, and/or deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept payment in the form of cash, personal checks, HSA cards, and credit cards.
All of our providers accept self-pay. Your provider will review with you the cost per session as well as an estimate of treatment/evaluation cost. Cost per session is clearly defined and will be discussed. The length of treatment/assessment for any individual is and will be individualized to your child/family’s needs. As of Jan. 1, 2022 and the passage of the No Surprise Billing Act (2799B-6 of the Public Health Services Act) this "Good Faith Estimate" will also be provided to you in writing. For more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
If you have out-of-network benefits from your insurance company, your provider can provide you with the needed documentation for you to be reimbursed for those benefits for services received.
Each of our providers has individual agreements with insurance companies. As such, this varies by provider. Please reach out to your insurance company or our office to see if the provider that best meets your clinical needs is paneled with your insurance carrier.
It is your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage (co-pays, deductibles, session limitations). While our providers will do our best to help you understand your insurance coverage, the specifics of and questions about your insurance policy should be directed to your insurance company.
Our providers will file the session claims on your behalf for the companies with which they are paneled.
